My 21 Day Fix Results

I had been slowly gaining weight and the last straw was when my favorite pants stopped fitting.  I had gained about 20 extra pounds  and I refused to go up a size!  I was embarrassed and did not like the way my body looked, so I wore baggy shirts to hide my extra weight.  My life was getting busier, my time devoted to working out was getting shorter, and I was beginning to wonder how I could juggle it all.  Would I ever have my pre-twins body back?  Then, I heard about Beachbody's 30 minute workouts and portion control system.  I decided to try a new program called 21 Day Fix.  I was skeptical at first, but it's only 21 days, so why not?  I started with a 3-day Shakeology Refresh since it was just after the holidays and I lost 3.5 pounds!  I kept going and in one week, I lost another 3.5 pounds!  I had more energy, more clarity, and more hope that I was becoming the best version of myself!  I stayed consistent, didn't miss a workout and drank my Shakeology every single day.  The portion control system was so easy to follow and it allowed me to eat a completely balanced diet that included all the food groups.  A fire lit beneath me and I knew I had found something that finally worked for me and would be something I could implement as a lifestyle!  I lost a total of 11 pounds on the 21 Day Fix!  I was so impressed by the program and the changes in not only my body, but my mind and my spirit that I decided to become a coach and get paid to pay it forward.     xoxo Me  


Hybrid 21 Day Fix & T25 (3 weeks of each)

After three weeks of doing 21 Day Fix, I did three weeks of T25.  These are my most recent results in just 6 weeks.  T25 challenged my body to to use different muscles, with an increase in speed and agility.  I look forward to working through this program in the future to push my body to new limits.       xoxo Me
