How do I get started?

Send an email to andrea@dwellwellblog.com and tell me about your fitness goals, eating habits, and current lifestyle.  I’ll work with you and together we’ll choose the right program for your goals.

What is the cost?

Joining a challenge group and having me as your coach is FREE!  I enjoy setting up the accountability and motivational piece to keep you on track!  In order to participate, you will need to purchase a challenge pack from this website or by emailing me for the direct link to the appropriate challenge pack.  The cost varies depending on the program ($140-$200+).

How long do the challenges last?

Most challenge groups last for 30 days.  Some are shorter and some are longer, but you should be willing to give it your all for 30 days!  Yes, you can!

Do I need to be local and attend meetings?

No!  Everything can be done from the comfort of your home, including your workouts!  We will connect online via a private Facebook group!

What are my expectations?

  1.  Commit to working out every day with your program.
  2.  Replace one meal a day with Shakeology and follow the meal plan.  Remember, nutrition is 80% of your results!
  3. Be willing to share and participate in the group with daily assignments/check-ins that are designed to help you grow and change your lifestyle.  No quick fixes here, we want lasting results!

How often do Challenge groups run?

Every month!  We start at the beginning of the month, so you must be registered prior to that month with your program.

What is a challenge group and why join?

A challenge group is group of people who hold each other accountable for daily workouts and clean eating.  It’s a home base for motivation and tools to give you everything you need to succeed.  Challenge groups are private groups hosted on Facebook so you have access to your community any time you want.

Do I have to buy a challenge pack to join a challenge group?

You will need a Beachbody fitness program and Shakeology to join.  They are sold together at a discount price to get you started on the right track and help you get the best results.  You can buy them separately, but it will cost more.

 

 

What is Shakeology?

It is a dense nutritional shake fully charged with superfoods that will replace one of your meals each day.  My favorites are Vegan Chocolate and Tropical Strawberry and there are tons of recipes to keep your tastebuds happy.

What are the average results?

Most challengers who commit to both a program and Shakeology and follow the eating plan will lose an average of 5-15 pounds in a month.

What happens after the challenge group is over?

You can join future challenges for free and continue as long as you like!  You can also take advantage of 25% off future orders if you enjoy the challenge and lifestyle change.
