Eating healthy doesn’t mean you can’t have a treat every now and then. In fact, on the 21 Day Fix, there are several treat options! You can replace one yellow container up to three times a week if you feel the urge to satisfy your sweet tooth. These bars are a great sweet fix and are pretty darn healthy, too! They are very dense fudge-like bars and only take a few minutes to make. Just make sure you don’t cut them too big, lol! Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars
1 Bar = 1 Yellow Container (makes 24 servings)
4 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
2 cups quick cooking old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup chopped peanuts (or walnuts, etc.)
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup unsweet almond milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, raisins, peanuts, and Shakeology. Add the peanut butter and almond milk, mix well. Press into 8x8 pan, cover and chill for 3+hours. Cut into 24 bars and enjoy!
