How many of you found yourself in this scene? I know I did. It made me rethink everything I've ever told my kids. It made me think about all the times someone has told me I couldn't do something. It made me proud of my recent decision to go for it and become a dream chaser.
I'm Andrea Howard. I'm a wife, mom, teacher, fitness instructor and coach for Beachbody, and holistic wellness advocate. Welcome to my blog, I'm so glad you're here!
This blog is designed to inspire, teach, coach, and motivate you on your journey. I will be sharing about my passions and discoveries. I am quite an eclectic person, so hopefully you'll find a little or a lot of yourself here. My main loves are art, fitness, nutrition, holistic wellness, and adventures; so naturally, these will drive most of my topics.
The pursuit of wellness is about a journey to become my best me and your best you-to find our well. We start from where we are and we commit to be our best every. single. day. Eventually, we'll get somewhere. Don't let anybody tell you you can't do something and bag up your dreams. Dreams hold our future, our purpose. The road getting there is not easy, but it is surely worth it. And, it's all about the journey.
Let me share a couple of my dreams with you. One, I want to be remembered by how many people I helped become better. That is exactly what led me to become a teacher, mentor, and coach. I absolutely love to empower people and empowerment leads to dreams. And two, here is a material dream just so you know I am real. I want to own a small farm. Yes, it's true. I have floor plans for a beautiful modern farmhouse with a personal artist's studio that I want to build on a pretty piece of land. I want a fruitful garden along with chickens, alpacas, and bees, so far. Oh, and a dog. I don't have a dog, yet...and probably more cats. Someday, my friends, it will happen and it will be well. What kind of wellness do you want to pursue?
Two quotes to end:
"There are those who look at things the way they are and ask why...I dream of things that never were and ask why not?" -Robert Kennedy
"All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them." -Walt Disney
